The story behind Tolman Studio
I’m Nikolay Tolmachev, founder of Tolman Studio in Bratislava.
Before starting the studio, I spent more than four years in IT and business management, managing projects and operations for B2B companies across Europe. My role was to turn business goals into clear plans, coordinate people, and keep delivery on track.
Over time, I wanted to bring that experience into something of my own: a studio where I could work directly with business owners and take an idea all the way to launch. That became Tolman Studio. Today, I build websites, set up automation, and run ad campaigns that help small businesses move forward.
My approach combines technical understanding with a business perspective. With PMP and Certified ScrumMaster credentials, I bring structure to each project: clear priorities, realistic timelines, and decisions tied to your goals. You work directly with me, from our first conversation through launch and beyond.
